Rug Hooking Patterns & Kits

Rug Hooking Patterns & Kits
ILoveRugHooking.com carries a full line of patterns from many wonderful pattern designers. We always pay the EXTRA U.S. shipping if you choose to add the kit wool to any pattern at the time of pattern purchase! Shipping will be charged on the pattern with or without a kit. A shipping fee will be charged on the 'wool only' if no pattern is purchased. Create a traditional hooked rug with a beautiful pattern or complete kit. Note: Each kit is custom made with special care; please allow at least three weeks (up to four weeks during continuing COVID - sorry, no shop help available) for most kits to ship. Orders with large rug kits, complex designs or multiple kits will take additional time. Our designer Bea Brock's beautiful large-sized kits will take from three to four weeks to prepare for shipping depending the size and complexity of your selected kit. Remember to check our website schedule to see if we are traveling as this may also affect the ship date of your kit. Please contact us if you have a certain pattern in mind but do not see it listed. Adding new patterns is a work in progress, so please check back for updates!

NOTE: We will be starting our move to La Grange, Texas in late October and may be a bit unsettled here and there as we slowly shift the shop. Between now and then, please check our schedule to see if we will have any shipping issues that may affect your orders. We will keep this information posted as best as we can as we move down this challenging road! If you have waiting Bee Line cutter and/or cassette orders, these will continue to ship as the factory produces shipments, we do not expect any delays on our end for Bee Line product shipments

NOTE: If you are purchasing a kit and need a rug hook with your kit purchase, please select one in the Rug Tools and Supplies section and add it to your order.

Beginners, add the Lila Fretz book, below, to your order for excellent illustrations and advice for hooking your first rug.

Each Traditional rug hooking kit includes pattern with generous edge allowance and machine-serged edge, instructions and photo, beautiful hand-dyed and as-is wool, binding tape and a re-usable vinyl zipper storage bag. You can choose pre-cut or uncut wool, and custom wool colors are usually available upon request. Custom color orders may be subject to a small color change fee and may require additional prep time. Please select 'Color Change Fee' to your order if you are requesting a substantial color change for your kit. Note: Rug edge finishes, if shown, vary at the whim of the hooking artist and are not a part of the actual design nor are included in the kits.

We feature the charming Primitive Spirit designs of artist Karen Kahle, whimsical and artistic designs by M. Shaw and wonderful traditional favorites by Fredericksburg Rugs. Please visit our pattern and kit collection from Karen Worthington of The Blue Tulip Woolery, and Lin Wells of Lin's Primitive by Design. We also now feature the designs from Adrienne Dykes of Cal Creations Antiques and Rug Hooking, and Bea Brock's Designs, Fleecewood Farm, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: Each kit and “Wool Only’ order is prepared especially for you and therefore cannot be returned. If there is an error on our part in our preparation of the kit, we will rectify the error upon your notification and request. No refunds can be given on kits, so please read all of our kit information, both general and specific to the particular designer and pattern you have chosen.
